PJW Consultants is a Cape Town based consultancy led by entrepreneur and restaurateur.
Peter has operated in hospitality for more than 30 years, and opened his first restaurant as a partner at the age of 28. This has placed him in the unique position of being familiar with manufacturing and retail – particularly with restaurants being one of the last bastions of industry where a half a metre separates manufacturing and retail operations.
Peter consults across a range of industries, having numerous consulting clients, from parastatal to hospitality to manufacturing and retail.
Over and above his operating expertise, Peter knows how lonely and daunting leadership can be.
